SWOT Fashion Show 2025

SWOT is a medical student-led charity which stands for ‘Students Working Overseas Trust’. The mission of SWOT is to raise funds to purchase essential medical equipment for hospitals and health centres in less developed countries.

On the 8th March 2025, QUB's fourth year medical students will be putting on SWOT's annual fashion show in the Whitla Hall. ''In the SWOTlight'' will be a night full of fashion, dance, prizes and much more.

In July, medical students will be going on their electives to countries such as Malawi, Peru, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Tanzania and many more.

All money raised by SWOT will be taken on their electives to buy much-needed medical resources in these countries. Last year, students were able to provide hospitals with equipment such as ECG machines, stethoscopes, oxygen cylinders, sanitation and hygiene products and pharmacy supplies.
