Southwest Middle School Future City Team

Southwest's Future City Team, Kaguya, was named regional champions at the Great Plains Future City Competition and has the opportunity to go to Washington, DC for the National Competition on February 19th.   Future City is a national engineering competition that asks middle school students to design a city of the future that solves a certain problem.  This year's challenge, Powering the Future, asked students to design an electrical grid that can withstand and quickly recover from the impact of a natural disaster.  We need your help to send this amazing team to DC!!
