On November 8, 2018, our parents, Kirk and Patti Switzer, lost their home when the Camp Fire devastated the town of Paradise and the surrounding areas.
Because of how quickly the fire was spreading they had just enough time to gather their two dogs and leave together in one vehicle.
Thankfully they made it down and out of the fire area safely. However, because of how quickly they left they needed to leave everything behind and lost it all.
Many sentimental items will never be replaced but they need to begin replacing what they can.
Insurance is taking care of most needs but not all and the process can take longer than desirable.
Many of you have asked how you can help our parents so we have created this page for them. If you are able to contribute to their fund we know they would greatly appreciate it.
Donations will go directly to helping them start over in the early years of their retirement.
