Kids In Crisis has provided critical crisis prevention and intervention to more than 154,000 children and their families in CT since 1978. They are the only CT agency that provides free, 24/7 phone and in-person crisis counseling interventions and emergency shelter for any newborn to 18 year old. Kids In Crisis also provides crisis prevention education and intervention programs in Fairfield County elementary, middle and high schools, and advocacy for kids at the national, regional, state, and local levels.
