Family Fun Run Fundraiser - Lions v Wolves 3km Run
Date - Sunday 17th March
Time - 11:00AM
We are two local grassroots football teams - Wolves Under 10's and Lions Under 11's who are wanting to do some fundraising for our trip to Skegness in April where we will be representing Swinton Football Club in a Tournament. The players from both teams (a total of 24 children) and their families, will be running a 3km run in Salford, Manchester. The route will be starting at Media City, on to the Theatre of Dreams, around the United Trinity and back.
Each player will run the course with a family member or even better the whole family can take part!
The times of completion will be noted down for each runner and an average will be worked out for both Teams to determine a winner.
Our hope is to raise as much funds as possible to get the boys kitted out to represent Grassroots Football and Swinton FC in Skegness!
