Swinley Ward fans fundraiser Wigan hospital

Hi my name is Sarah, I stayed in Wigan hospital recently for an operation on swinley ward and the staff there are wonderful. It's hot in the UK and there's no air-conditioning on the ward so we had to use plug in fans.
The ward is not given any money to buy things like fans that are desperately needed and I would like to try and raise some money to buy and send fans directly to Dana Pouncey (the deputy ward manager) at Swinley ward.
Please help if you can.
I went in because I have a condition called hidradenitis supportiva and I need regular operations going forward to remove fistulas etc that the abscess this condition causes created. I was in overnight from 12pm to 12pm the next day and throughout the whole hospital the system works the same not just on swinley ward however that was most affected. I spoke to the ward deputy manager Dana Pouncey about the situation because even the staff didn't have enough fans. I had to borrow one that had no guard from the maternity ward! I only got that because I have heat intolerance and my heart rate goes crazy if it's too hot.
There was a lady who they couldn't wake with dementia so I gave her my fan when I left so she could have two on her and it still wasn't enough.
I saw nurses running around with bedpans full of ice desperately trying to cool patients down and they honestly have enough to do!
