On Saturday, October 14, 2023, Hiram, Georgia resident Joshua Swink, 41, was killed in a senseless act of violence during an attempted robbery. Josh attempted to sell a dirtbike through an online platform. Fortunately, the assailant was captured quickly by local authorities, but that doesn’t change the results. Gone in an instant is a devoted husband, loving father, son, brother, neighbor, and friend to so many.

He leaves behind his wife, three beautiful children and a grieving community. Josh operated a homebase business and was the sole provider for the family. His wife is a stay at home mom who home schools all three children and is in need of support while she picks up the pieces of their lives. Which will never be the same.
