SWINEWOMB RETURNS.
Last December, SWINEWOMB premiered to a sold-out audience as a filthy, southern gothic nightmare of grief, religion, sex, violence, and possession. This August, we're bringing it back.
In the small, God-fearing town of Caleb's Rest, siblings Shiloh and Ellis grieve their parents: Shiloh through a spiraling affair with her teenage sweetheart, and Ellis through violent outbursts and secret visits to a banished herbalist rumored to practice witchcraft. Meanwhile, something old and demonic begins to fester inside Shiloh — and it wants out.
Part religious horror, part family tragedy, and part fever dream, SWINEWOMB is cathartic, transformative, raunchy, explicit, shocking, and completely unafraid to get its hands dirty.
This August, we're remounting the production at a larger scale in a new theater. Our goal is not only to revisit the work, but to give it the resources, time, and support it deserves.
Your contributions will help us:
- Secure our performance venue
- Expand our set, props, and costume design
- Compensate the artists and production team behind the work
- Create a more ambitious and fully realized production
SWINEWOMB exists because of collaboration, trust, and an incredible group of artists:

Independent theater survives because people believe in difficult work. Work that is messy, excessive, challenging, and alive.
Thank you for helping us return to Caleb's Rest.
