Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls, children of all ages, Swinefeld BBQ is at it again! Come join us May 16th -19th at Tom Lee Park in Downtown Memphis for the 2018 Memphis In May World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest. The Prague-nosis for this year is that everyone will leave with full bellies and happy bladders! You know the spot, you know the name, you know most of the faces...Come Czech yourself and wreck yourself again with Swinefeld!
Oh, and if we don’t raise enough money we are going to kill and eat a
pig…or two…or four. And maybe about 400 crawfish. And definitely a
bunch of chicken wings. And potato salad, you can kill and eat potato
