Aid Swimming and Water Polo to compete in 2022-23

Like everything in the world the cost of doing anything has increased and therefore the cost of the club competing has also increased. This year we are looking for donations and sponsorship to help continue to let the club compete at the highest level. Lancaster City compete in many micro league meets and open swimming competitions and have also been in the top flight of water polo for over 30 years and have been crown National Champions many times. The club last won the British championships in 2017.

Its over £4000 alone to enter the national league! Then there are ongoing costs of organising coaches for swimmers to get to meets, overnight stays for national league players all over the country and swimming and water polo players being able to support themselves while away. There are no ‘local’ venues this year so we’re asking for help to support the whole team.

As well as supporting entry fees to this years competition we are looking to replace some worn out equipment.
