After a year of vet visits trying to figure out why she had an on/off limp, we finally found out that our sweet 2-year-old lab, Katara, has elbow dysplasia. We just had surgery on MLK Day, and it is quite a financial hit, on top of the year of X-rays, a CT scan, and meds.

We will be doing everything we can to help her heal and be able to live life to the fullest with her baby human sister and us. Under advisement of our surgeon, we are planning on taking her for swimming ($38-$100 depending on time), physical therapy, and an underwater treadmill ($60) with Paw Aquatics after 4 weeks of rest.
