I’m swimming 5 miles to help the American Cancer Society (ACS) fight for a world without cancer. Now this may seem like a short distance but three months ago I got a new knee and I've only recently been able to manage even 100 meters in a pool. It's been painful, its been hard, but its noting compared to the fight of ones life so many with cancer are facing now. I honestly don't kow if I can hit five miles in July but I am going to try my hardest.
