My name is Emma and I am 11 years old. I am Autistic and have Dyslexia.

Being Autistic can sometimes mean my brain gets all funny and I find it hard to regulate. I love swimming it makes my body feel good. I like to swim up and down as the repetitive movements helps regulate me if I am feel overwhelmed or frustrated. I swim 2x a week 1 lesson and on a Sunday too.

I am going to swim 1mile (64.4 lenghts) in one go to raise money for ASPENS.
