Please help 5 passionate Swinburne Film Students in getting funding for our short film 'Sweetener'!

The film follows two waitresses, Anna and Sam, over the course of a single workday in a neighbourhood café. When Anna’s regular structured routine is disrupted by Sam’s arrival, their two personalities clash. However, Sam’s effortless charm attracts Anna and turns the shift together into a playful contest, competing to outshine one another throughout the shift.

Please help us reach our goal of $1000 before the 23rd of September, so this film can reach its full potential. Money will go toward. props, costumes, set dressing, catering, costs for lighting etc.

It is the debut short of Edie Beach-Dix, who is writing and directing. Our team is made up of our producer Sylvie Ward, director of photography Lillian Staggard, art director Phoebe Ledwich, and the editor and sound designer Ellis Schumacher.
