Sweet Boy Tate

Driving through Tates Hell State Forest on March 8, 2015, Chris and I spotted a dog on the side of the road whose condition brought me to hysterical tears instantly. To make a long story short, as we did not get our hands on him that day, one week later Chris drove 6 hours (one way) from New Orleans back to Tate's Hell State Forest in Florida to bring Tate into our hearts and our home. He has a laundry list of medical conditions and we are told with his beyond sweet demeanor that Tate is a "fixer upper".
Having 2 rescue dogs of our own with thier own medical needs - we need some help on this one as this is not an expense that could have been planned for. This sweet boy needs to have a chance at a good life and we intend to make that happen one way or another. Your help in his rehab would not only be greatly appreciated by us but Tate as well. Please know that his medical expense goal is an estimate, should his expenses not meet the total collected, it will be donated to the Franklin County Humane Society who helped us get our hands on sweet Tate.
