Sweet Wybie's Emergency Operation
Donation protected
My name is Kelsey and I am the proud owner of my darling pup Wybie. Wybie was found as a small puppy at a homeless encampment in the Bay Area, and was the only one of her litter to survive and be found by a rescue group where I then adopted her from. She is my certified emotional support dog, as well as my "tiny soulmate" and has been my best friend during my best and worst times over the past year. The cliche: "who really rescued too" is more than accurate between me and Wybie.
However, on the night of July 31st she started to get noticeably sick and soon couldn't hold down any food or water. By the morning of august 2nd she would no longer get up to walk or greet me with a wagging tail at the door, so I rushed her to the emergency vet and they found a blockage in her intestines. She has been hospitalized at the vet since and needs an operation to save her life.
Due to the astronomical vet prices and the intensity of care needed, Wybie has racked up a pretty hefty bill, which as a college student(who works at a pizza place) is out of reach for me to cover alone. Wybie is only a little over a year old and has a long life ahead filled with dog playdates, walks, runs and naps by my side. She is truly the sweetest little thing who has already touched the hearts( and licked the hands) of so many who love her, and I really need her back in my life and in my arms. So if there is anything you can afford to donate it would be so dearly appreciated by darling Wybie and I.
I need my happy girl back and any donations or well wishes would mean the world.
Thank you :')
