Yesterday tragedy struck Shelbyville Texas at 4 pm when a Shelbyville ISD bus was struck from behind by an unknown vehicle, which resulted in the bus to turn over and Victor passed away from his injuries.  The family is in need of help for funeral expenses.  I will update with funeral arrangements when they become available.
