Sweet Sophie Needs Your Help for Surgery

Hello! I know how tight money is these days for everyone, so I loathe having to make this. I have never made a GoFundMe before, but admittedly, I am desperate. My sweet baby dog, Sophie, was recently diagnosed with medial luxating patellas. This means that BOTH of her back knees slide out of place/become dislocated, which causes her a lot of pain and she can barely walk. Anyone who has met Sophie knows she is the sweetest, happiest, most fun pup. She is only 3 years old. This pain is not only hindering her mobility but her spirit. Sophie came into my life when I most needed her; she filled a well that was deep sadness for me and made life fun again, and I am doing all I can to do everything for her. Surgery on EACH knee is approximately $3,700. I will be able to do ONE myself, but since she needs surgery on both knees, we could really use your help! Her pain is being managed now with medicine & crate rest. But ANY help is deeply, DEEPLY appreciated! The sooner we can get her in to the orthopedic surgeon, the better!
