Sweet Sam Jacobo & her boys

Hi my name is Maria. This is my sweet friend Sam and her two sons Gavin & Korbin. Sam has found herself in quite the predicament lately and my friends and I just want to help her. After finding out her son, Gavin, needed a necessary cranial procedure a few months back, things have been extremely hard for her. She has had to go part time at work in order to care for Gavin who is CP, non verbal and requires around the clock care. Last month Gavin had to have emergency surgery and developed a wound infection. After dealing with that Gavin required care from a specialist in Dallas at Scottish Rite Orthopedic Children's Hospital 2 weeks ago. Well on their road trip there, to get Gavins leg devices, her car died and left her and him stranded on I20. Having the vehicle towed to nearby shop, she was left without Gavins wheelchair and their belongings. She still doesnt have his chair as the car is still in the shop in Fort Worth. The repairs needed for her vehicle are beyond what she can afford. She was quoted over $8000 for a new motor. My friend just needs a little help to get her car at least back to Lubbock & in her possession and to get her son's chair back. If you can please find it in your heart to help my friend, it would be much appreciated. Even just a prayer or positive thought her way would be nice. She is one of the kindest, nicest people you could ever meet. She would give you a nickel from her last dime if you needed it. She is very private about her life but I know she could use the help. She's a single mom who's always just done it on her own, struggled and just found a way to figure out even in the toughest of situations.
