Penny has a rare blood cancer disease.  She has had complications  in other areas as well.  The main goal is to raise money for a wheelchair not covered by medicare that can be managed with her condition and easily handled by her daughter as far as loading/unloading.

Penny will need to be transported to/from to Lubbock for treatment which also incurs cost that medicare will not cover.
