We need your help for our sweet Lucy!  She’s the BEST dog and we hate that she is in incredible pain.

Our dog Lucy is in need of an eye removal surgery due to a fast growing tumor behind her left eye.  Unfortunately, the Vet requires payment for her surgery up front and my family simply cannot afford the full cost of the necessary surgery.  She needs this surgery ASAP.  She is in a lot of pain, which is breaking our hearts.  All we can do for her at this time is give her pain medication, make her as comfortable as possible and love on her.  PLEASE CONSIDERING DONATING so we can get her out of her terrible pain.  She is only 8 years old, otherwise healthy and has a lot more life, love and cuddles to share.  She is also our son’s best friend and he is just beside himself. 

 
She is the best dog. She never barks and had has the sweetest nature.  All she does is snuggle with her favorite person (our son) and wiggle her butt with excitement for every person she meets. Lucy’s in so much pain as the tumor has grown so quickly, she’s not been her typical jovial self.  It’s crushing our souls to see her in this much pain.  In ordinary circumstances, we’d never ask for help.  However, because the estimate is $3000 up front and there is still another $1000-$1500 for imaging and post-op care, we simply just don’t have the cash on hand to get her in immediately and out of pain.  Any amount you’re able to contribute would be amazing so that we can book her surgery and get her on the path to feeling better.  Lucy is our family’s world, and my son’s best friend.  He’s so worried, as are we.
