On the early morning of March 17 my aunt woke up to the horrible news that her bakery had caught on fire. This isn’t just a tragedy for my aunt, but for the family and her employees. My aunt is a strong and hard working woman, who has built her business with dedication and the labor of her hands. The road to get to where she is has been filled with trials and tribulations, and as her niece I have been able to witness her her effort and dedication.
