Honoring "Sweet Caroline" Friedman: A Memorial Fund for Pulmonary Hypertension Awareness

In 2020, Brown Gymnastics officially signed Caroline Friedman as our teammate through the Team IMPACT Organization. From the moment she joined our family, Caroline brought endless light, laughter, and joy to our team. Her resilience and sweet spirit inspired us all, and she became an irreplaceable part of our community.

This past week, we received the heartbreaking news of Caroline’s unexpected passing. In her honor, we are coming together as Brown Gymnastics alumni, teammates, family, and friends to support a cause that was deeply connected to her journey: the Pulmonary Hypertension Association.

In lieu of flowers, we hope to raise funds to make a meaningful donation in Caroline’s name to help advance research, provide support for families affected by this condition, and continue the fight against pulmonary hypertension.

Caroline left an incredible mark on our team, and this is just one way we can honor her memory. Any amount, big or small, will contribute to a lasting legacy of strength and love—just as she showed us.
