On the morning of October 9,2020, our friends Sharon, George, Zoe and Tristan Young suffered the tragic loss of their son and brother Alexander Young. To know Alex was to love Alex. He was such a sweet and kind and absolutely the most gentle soul I've ever known. An earthbound Angel. Alex wasn't just my best friends son. He was my friend. He always had a hug and an "I love you" for me and my family and always always his own. His family is devastated. Alex is the second child and sibling they have lost. Obviously people don't advance plan funerals for their children and should NOT EVER have to but this is where we're at now. In a time like this every thought, every prayer, every good memory helps and every penny too. I pray for them that they don't have to worry for a moment about having the money to bury their son. They are the kind of people who give and give and never expect anything in return. They give to bring joy and to ease other people's burdens. My name is Ericka Helgeson and I have had the honor and absolute joy of knowing this family and being brought into theirs and being always treated like an important part of their world. They are the best people I know on any level and my God they are going through the most horrific thing any parent or sibling has ever had to weather. Again. I am asking for help with funeral services and financial support during this time so they can focus on their family and healing, not worrying about working to make ends meet and come up with funeral costs.
