October is breast cancer awareness month and Surge To New Levels is teaming up with CMO Fitness to bring you "Sweating for Boobies"!
"Sweating for Boobies" will be a group fitness class with all proceeds going to benefit two local families in the community who just recently had a loved one diagnosed with breast cancer. This money will help with any related medical expenses.
We will be hosting this class for anyone to join in which will be $20 for each person at the door. The class is meant to be inclusive for all ages and fitness levels so anyone is welcome!
Additionally we will be having a giveaway with products and services being offered by our sponsors NFP Gear, Xtreme Sports Nutrition, and Performance & Recovery Systems, and Commercial Tire Services! Surge To New Levels and CMO Fitness will also be donating personal training packages as well!
Finally we encourage everyone to visit our Go Fund Me page and donate even if you are not attending the class, all submissions will be eligible for the giveaway!

Marlene Nevarez
In February of 2016 Marlene was tragically diagnosed with stage IV, metastatic breast cancer that had spread to her liver and bones. An avid soccer player and business student at Northern Illinois University, Marlene's life has taken a big turn with her recent diagnosis. Chemotherapy has been hard on her family as medical bills, student loans, and every day living expenses continue to add up. Please help her family allow Marlene to continue chasing her dreams while she continues to battle breast cancer!
Karen Marie
On August 11th Karen was diagnosed with stage 2/3 grade 3 Ductal & Non Ductal, invasive and non invasive, triple negative, Braca 1 & Braca 2 negative breast cancer. Karen who is a mother of 4 children and is set to marry in November has done 3 rounds of chemo with 6 to go before the year ends. Karen will then have a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery with a possibility of radiation. Any help is appreciated!
