Swallae Ho donations for Buffet etc

Hi Everyone

This year as requested we will be providing food and moving our get together upstairs to the Function room. This means we will have some costs to chip on with .

We will be provided with the Function room with staff for the duration pies and also a hot curry . The cost is also for use and cleaning of kitchen etc . I think John has gave us a great deal so if you are coming can you please chip in to get to our total . I suggest a minimum donation of 5 quid but feel free to donate what ever you can . Any money over our target will be put behind the bar to get SWALLAED.

As soon as targets are reached I will give the money over to the club .
