 The Swag Dabbers Destination Imagination team recently experienced the exceptional opportunity to compete at a creative problem-solving tournament at the regional and state tournaments. In both instances, they advanced to the next level. Our campus and community is thrilled as this is the first time in JC Thompson history we have had a team advance beyond the regional tournament!

Destination Imagination allows students the opportunity to utilize vital STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) skills including creative and critical thinking, collaborative problem solving, teamwork, project management, perseverance and self-confidence. The students worked hard all year to prepare for this challenging experience. They are now gearing up for the Global Finals in Knoxville, Tennessee where they will compete against more than 15 international teams.
