S.W.A.G Inc upgrading Gym Facilities in Bridgeport,CT

How are you doing My name is Gary Nelson Jr and I am the Executive Director of a nonprofit organization called Students With Academic Growth Inc located at 391 East Washington ave Bridgeport,CT on the east Side of Bridgeport,CT..We are housed in a 20,000 sq ft building that used to be a old catholic school called Holy Rosary school..Our organization took over the facility during Covid to help give the kids of our community a Safe place where they can attend Free Music,Theater,Dance and Basketball activities during Afterschool,Evening and the Weekends…We currently have over 260 kids who attend our facility on a weekly Basis..We are looking to raise the funds to help us continue to Upgrade the facility from a 80’s theme setting to a 2024-25 facility ..Our current gymnasium doesn’t have updated basketball/volleyball lines and our gym floor is desperate need of Sanding ,New lines and Polyurethane to give the kids a greater experience and platform to showcase their basketball,soccer and volleyball skills .We recently changed our Old Wooden backboards with Fiberglass backboards and we painted the wall’s inside the gymnasium..Ww would like to add a New Floor,Sound system and Muralon the walls of Influential people from the Bridgeport Community..All Donations will go to the Upgrading I’ve four Gym Facilities..for more information please contact Gary Nelson jr [phone redacted] or [email redacted]
