Leslie Stiles' 1st Amendment Legal Defense

Leslie Stiles, a private citizen, is being sued by Ken Loveless, an elected member of the Lexington-Richland School District 5 board. He claims she criticized him on Facebook and created a Facebook group for parents and constituents of the school district where other people criticized him.

 

Your donation for Leslie’s legal defense will help her defend this frivolous claim and support the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution by stopping a dangerous precedent where elected officials sue constituents for criticizing them or their policies.
