Trying to get through a rough time

My name is Jay And I'm having a slew of medical issues at this time Making it very difficult for me to work. Just need enough money to get through the next few months While I have my shoulder and hands fixed. Have already had one medical procedure done and 2 more to go. I'm not one to ever ask for help but I'm asking now.
