Help Lay Felix to Rest

My name is Migdalia Arciniegas and I had the honor of serving as Felix’s principal this year. He was a beloved 6th grader at Harlem Village Academies.

Felix was a kind, bright, and funny young man from Honduras. Always ready with a joke, a story, or a helping hand, he brought joy and warmth to everyone around him. His presence lit up our school, and he will be deeply missed by his classmates, teachers, and the entire school community.

On July 2nd, Felix and his family relocated to Tennessee. Just days later, while celebrating the 4th of July with loved ones, a tragic accident occurred. Felix drifted out of bounds while swimming and drowned. After a heartbreaking two-hour search, his body was recovered. He is survived by his loving mother and two younger siblings.

We are asking for your help to support his family as they face the unimaginable pain of burying their child. Any contribution, no matter how small, will go directly toward funeral and burial expenses.
