Hello friends,

Our wonderful mutual friend, Lesley Barrett nee Gallagher, has had some terrible news that I’m sad to share with you. She will very soon start chemotherapy for breast cancer. I was shocked to learn that even though we live in Canada and she does have private insurance there is still quite a few medical costs that are not covered. I know that if we all donate even a small amount that we can help Les concentrate on healing without any worries over paying for medications. I know she has always been an amazing friend, the life of the party, a fun and loving mother, a devoted daughter and a caring wife. She has touched so many of us.
