Help Buddy Get A New Home

Last night a good friend, Harry "Buddy" Crane (along with several of his neighbors), were all displaced due to a fire in their apartment building. It was a harrowing experience as he tried to evacuate the building; he opened the door to the hallway burning his hand on the hot door knob, only to find the hallway filled with flames and smoke. He slammed the door shut and ran to the window and alerted the firemen who had to rescue him through his 2nd floor window.

Unfortunately, he does not have renter's insurance and pretty much lost everything as his apartment was adjacent on one side to the apartment that the fire started in. His windows are all smashed out and everything inside is either smoke or water damaged or both. Who knows when and if his apartment will be ready to move back into??

I am starting this page just to help Buddy get enough to secure a new apartment and a few necessities. Every little bit helps; please give if you can.
