Tax deductible
Friends I wanted to make you all aware that my son Peyton and I are part of a 7-man team running the 'Tough Mudder' in Snowmass, Colorado on Sept 12th. Our team name is "Cold Steel Cure". This is a 12 mile run with military style obstacles at every 1/2 mile interval. This will be especially difficult for old guys like me because we will be at about 8,000 ft elevation. I just hope to survive!
We are running this event in support of the Limb Preservation Foundation (http://Limbpreservation.org) . The Limb Preservation Foundation is based here in Denver and is committed to the prevention and treatment of limb threatening conditions due to cancer, trauma, or infection. The Foundation raises funds to support research, education, college scholarship and patient assistance programs.
Please donate what you can. I will personally match up to $1,500 in donations to the foundation. I have seen first hand the devastating effects of limb-threatening conditions and can tell you that these patients benefit greatly from the financial assistance, research, and education that the Limb Preservation Foundation has provided our patients and our community. Thank You!
