Suzi's Wish-Mason Graduates College
Donation protected
On Friday, February 3, 2017, Suzi Robinson passed peacefully in her sleep, next to her beloved husband, Marques. Suzi's brave fight against the Type 1 diabetes that ravaged her body was finally over. Suzi, however, never showed how difficult and painful her life had become. She was always positive and showed her humor up until her very last Facebook post. She woke up and faced her wheelchair and dialysis everyday for only one reason; her boys, Marques and Mason.
She desparately wanted to live to see Mason graduate from college with a degree that would lift him further than she and Marques were able to take him. Indeed this was the singular thing that worried Suzi the most about her own imminent demise. What was going to happen to Marques and Mason when they no longer had her additional income? How would Marques be able to afford the room and board payments that Mason's football scholarship did not cover? How would Marques pay for the health insurance, that is required by Cornell College, for Mason to play football at the school? Most of all, would Mason ever get that degree that both Marques and she wanted so badly for him?
Now, we are asking all of Marques's and Suzi's supportive and generous friends (and friends of those friends) to honor her loving, kind spirit by giving a donation to make Suzi's final wish come true. Let all of us join together to support Marques and Mason during this most difficult of time. Let's see that any expenses that were incurred for Suzi's final arrangements are not a burden to Marques and Mason. Then let's all make a promise to Suzi that we will get Mason through college to get that degree she most wanted for him.
Any amount that you give will be deeply appreciated. All funds collected will be deposited directly into Marques's bank account and specified for only Suzi's final expenses and Mason's education expenses. Everyone that knew Suzi's beautiful heart knows that she didn't want flowers and a funeral. She didn't want donations given to a worthwhile, yet faceless, charity organization. Without a doubt, this is what Suzi wanted. It will reap rewards far beyond what Suzi or any of us could expect. If everyone gives just a little bit, Suzi's dream for her family can come true, even though she is no longer here to watch it happen.

We have your back, Suzi. We will take care of your boys.
