Tuesday March 21, at 1:15pm, our sister, Carolyn Sue Booles Tawater, made the decision to end her life. She was 58 years old. As we sit here today and try to come to grips with her decision, we think of a better time and place. A happier time. Our cry for understanding is not about us. This cry is for all the people ( too many in fact), who have asked the same question. Why , (how?) Could things get so bad that anyone would give up their life for it? Like so many other folks who have asked this Question, we wonder if we could have talked her off that overpass and convinced her that better days are ahead, things will change, you're luck will get better. Our sister had faults, and burned bridges, ( but it wasnt always that way). Our sister made bad decisions, ( but it wasn't always this way). Our point is, somehow, our little sister found herself on this path of destruction. In spite of all efforts from to many to count, we were collectively not able to change the path that led her to the Rufe Snow . We are asking for help to bury this beautiful soul. Thank you in advance for any amount you can help us with.
