Time to Retire, Suzi!

Meet Suzi the Isuzu – a true legend at Zanchieta Wildlife Rescue. Since 2008, she’s been more than just a vehicle – she’s been a farmily member. From collecting meat for the animals, helping with fence patrols, assisting in wildlife rescues, to heavy farm duties – Suzi has done it all. She never backed down from a challenge.

But after over 300,000 km, our faithful workhorse is tired. Suzi simply can’t keep up with the demands of rescue and farm life like she used to.

She deserves a rest.

Unfortunately, Suzi is too worn to be resold – which means we can’t use her to fund her much-needed replacement.

We’re hoping to welcome Marietjie the Mahindra to take over the heavy lifting, so that we can continue rescuing and caring for wildlife in need.

Can you help us let Suzi retire with dignity?
