Suzanne's Retirement Recovery

Hi, everyone.

 

A week ago, our mother lost every penny to her name after falling victim to a vicious scam. After saving from 30 years working as an art teacher in public schools, she lost everything she worked so hard for. She was terrorized by these criminals for days. After going through this traumatic invasion of her privacy, she has fallen into deep despair and has lost her dignity.

It was already a stretch for her to plan to retire in her mid-sixties, and now it seems nearly impossible. She lost over $72,000. Unfortunately, it was what she was planning to use for medical costs and income until her pension kicks in next year. Our family has helped as much as we can, but we were hardly able to scratch the surface of Suzanne's retirement recovery.

If you have ever stepped foot in a public school, you will know that teachers work extremely hard to educate our youth, and see very little return for their efforts. Suzanne is the type of teacher who spends her own time outside of school to raise money for student projects and supplies. She can often be found evenings and weekends making sure she has interesting projects and activities planned for the classroom the following week.

Suzanne needs to catch a break, and you can help.

 

We humbly ask our community to help build our hard-working mom back up financially. She has educated hundreds of students across the state, and raised four kids independently. To this day, she does anything she can to support us, so it is now our time to help her.
