It's cold and windy today...I can't stop shivering inside my old motorhome. The small space heater is doing it's best, but even sitting in front of it can't keep me warm. Then the awning outside my home tears all the way across in a damaging gust of wind. It just adds to my depression.
I am a 73 yearold woman doing my best to keep going with everything that's happening. I live only, check to check, on social security which I believe is about to be either cut or completely cut off. But that's not what I'm asking for. This last 2 weeks three major failures on my motorhome have occured. The first was my waste water tank (50 gallons) fell through the basement flooring onto the metal frame. I don't know if it's leaking or able to hold water. It is not easily accessible. The second failure was the electric lights and the waterheater ceased to function. They are apparently on the same circuit. Even though I have replaced the obvious fuses, there are still no lights inside and worst, no hot water for showers.
Finally, this morning, the awning tears.
So I'm struggling to deal with all of this and I'm not able to get my composure back today and I need help. Help from you.
I'm estimating that it will be $2000 water tank reinstallation, $1100 awning fabric replaced and $800 electric diagnosed and fixed, which is $3900. I am rounding it up to $4000 as these estimates were bottom end, especially for the electrical diagnostic.
I am, therefore asking for help to reach $4000. Any amount is a help. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
