Suzanne's immediate needs for Birthing The Future

Will you join me in making a difference in creating a world where all humans act from trust and love rather than fear, anxiety... and depression, defense and aggression? It all starts with how we treat childbearing women and babies, from conception (actually from PRE-conception) and meet (or fail to meet) all of their needs and in nurture their bond (and the father-baby's too) ... and how we "wire" the brains of children for thriving, creativity, compassion and resilience. It's that what the world needs right now, as we face existential threats to humanity and this, our Mother Earth?

I'm raising money right now to benefit birthingthefuture.org in the following ways: 1) turning all 12 of our inspirational films into MP4 format and uploading them to the internet, so anyone can watch them - it's a big process and I need professional help; and 2) to begin to the word out that Birthing The Future exists, understands the root causes of most of the world's problems...and that we have valuable practical ideas to offer parents and helping professionals.

PS. A little about birthingthefuture.org so you can tell friends and colleagues who care deeply about the state of this world and the future of humanity and all life. They too might want to help. We gather and disseminate scientific evidence and positive models (ancient, traditional and modern, from across the world) about what is optimum for full human brain development and heart, starting pre-conception, continuing through in-womb life, birth and in the first 18 months after. We focus on the mother-baby and father-baby-family bonds (whatever form that "family" takes). This is the formative time of life and the impact is felt throughout a person's and family's life and for generations to come. Instead of trying to make up for deficits and heal trauma, it's possible to prevent them. And the savings are enormous. We create events and media and I give interviews and podcasts. Our goal: to deepen folks' understanding of the many critical issues surrounding birth: including pre- and perinatal psychology, preventing trauma, secure attachment, breastfeeding, ending circumcision, co-sleeping, baby wearing and creating community for all parents, so they feel connected and supported in the most imprtant work one can do: being a parent and growing a human soul.
