Suzanne Tatman

Suzy gave her all to Wendy’s, now let’s give our all to Suzy’s family as they are grieving the loss of this amazing lady. Here is a little about Suzy’s time with us at Wendy’s.

It's with deep sadness and a heavy heart that I inform you of the passing of Suzy Tatman, AGM at 11549. Suzy just two short weeks ago was diagnosed with a heart condition that has sadly taken her from us far too soon. Suzy has been part of the Wendys family dating back into the 80's where she worked her first job at 16 years old. Suzy came in for a job interview in 2014 and shared with me that Wendys was her first job, and she still remembers her general manager and what a great person he was and that is why she wanted to rebuild her life with Wendy's as her career. I asked her who the general manager was at that time, I couldn't believe the answer Curtis Faulconer, which at the time was my district manager. I immediately called him, and he remembered Suzy from when she was a sweet 16-year-old little girl working sandwiches. I brought Suzy back to the Wendys team at 8496 where she worked as a crew member for me for a year before coming to open 11549 as a manager with me. Suzy put her heart and soul into Wendys, she absolutely loved every person she worked with, she just loved her job. I know I could always count on Suzy to be there for me if I ever needed her. Suzy was a loving mother to her two daughters but also to all the kids working at Wendys. Suzy was also a companion to her long-term boyfriend, a daughter, a friend and her favorite thing a grandma. Those babies were her world. Suzy is going to be deeply missed by so many.
