My mom, Suzanne "Suzie" Kohler passed away this morning due to complications from surgery. She was diagnosed with an aortic dissection over a decade ago and has been fighting to be here with us ever since. The odds were never in her favor, but time and time again she proved to be tougher than her disease. We are all in shock as this was completely

unexpected. Yesterday she went into the hospital with great optimism and everything was looking promising. This morning that all changed in a blink of an eye. If you were lucky enough to know my mom you would know she would do anything for her children and the people she loved. She was the life of the party and was a light that has now left this world a bit darker now that she is gone.

My mom went through 8 major surgeries, life-flight, abulance rides all within 4 months which accumulated a lot of medical bills. If you could donate whatever you can and share this with your family, friends, co-workers, or anyone you can think of that would be greatly appreciated.

My mom would want everyone to live life, take risks, laugh, sing at the top of their lungs, travel, eat the food, drink the drinks, and be happy. Tomorrow is never promised, so live today like there is no tomorrow.
