Imagine waking up and as you are getting ready for your day you receive a call from the doctor saying your test results were positive for cancer. This is exactly what happened just over a year ago to my sister Suzanne. We were shocked to hear from the doctors that morning she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She was an otherwise healthy person who took care to exercise and eat well.
