Hi, my name is Su and I am fundraising for myself due to me being hospitalized. On the morning of November 26, 2022, I was the victim of a hit-and-run driver just blocks away from where I work at the Hilton Garden Inn Long Island City as a server. The driver has not been apprehended. This incident has left me with a fractured neck, spine, left arm, left leg, hip, pelvic, tailbone and without a spleen. My whole left side, including my eye, has been affected. I had over 5 surgeries and through the grace of the most high, I'm still here and able to continue living life. Unfortunately, I'm still unable to walk or use my left arm without assistance. I have high hopes that therapy/rehabilitation will help me walk again, have a fully functioning left arm, and regain full vision in my left eye. Any donations made will lighten the financial burden and help with medical bills and rehabilitation, and other financial needs and living expenses like rent, lightening the load for those taking care of my son, getting back on my feet resettling back into life with my 17-month-old son who I have not seen or been able to hold since before my accident. I've spent the last 3 months between hospitals and rehabs and can't wait for this to be behind me, and back home.
