Spencer Whalin was a 17 year old, who passed away after battling Brain Cancer last June. He was a superhero in our community and left an imprint on our hearts. The Spencer Whalin Memorial Scholarship has been established to honor him and will be awarded to a graduating senior at Sutter High School this year and many years to come.
