Ed's CT-Biopsy

I'm dealing with an unknown blood disorder that has spiked my red blood count and hemoglobin levels.  As part of the troubleshooting I require a bone biopsy.  I qualify for medicaid, but the pain medication covered is a single 1mg ativan and lidocain injections. 

I attempted this and the referred pain was the most intense experience I've ever been a party to.  It felt like someone had jammed a cattleprod into my crotch from the drilling into the back of my hip.  After an hour of this we quit and I will try again with CT-assisted biopsy and twilight sedation, but it requires $1000 copay that I don't have, and need your help
