Sustenance for Faith

Our cousin, friend, mother, artist and inspiration, Faith, was tragically involved in a domestic violence incident where she was dragged and then run over with a truck by her partner of more than 7 years.  She suffered over a dozen fractured ribs, broken clavicle, broken sternum, fractured vertebrae, damaged liver and spleen, collapsed lungs with chest tubes having been placed in both lungs, as well as bruises, cuts, scratches and brain trauma.  Aside from the physical injuries she also suffers from ptsd, anxiety and depression due not only to the incident, but to the gross negligence and malpractice of the staff at Harborview Medical Center.  They refused to address symptoms she continually mentioned to staff, which caused further medical complications.  They also treated her inhumanely, adding to the trauma and ptsd.  The mistreatment was so blatant and severe she is pursuing a lawsuit against the hospital and had to demand they release her so she could go to a hospital that would help her begin to heal.

Faith is home now recovering along with her teenage daughter who was a witness to the incident and is also suffering from trauma and ptsd.  This Go Fund Me account is to help her with bills and daily essential needs  that she is not able to take care of on her own right now due to the inability to manage her business and create income.
