On August 18th, the Smith River Complex Fire engulfed the entirety of our self-sufficient, sustainable ecovillage. There seems to be enough good people
who want to see this kind of work continue, so we will buckle up, grab some shovels, and start over.
Our 15-year project for a fully sustainable, self-sufficient ecovillage and farm included 100+ fruit and nut trees, goats, chickens, rabbits, foraging/wildcrafting. We provided community outreach programs and workshops, and contributed articles and interviews for Communities Magazine.
