Susie and her boys fight against Stage IV Colon Cancer

This fall, Susie and her boys were hit with the surprising and devastating news that she has colon cancer. After being rushed to the hospital and undergoing trauma surgery, the doctors removed a large tumor, and she was faced with a long and hard battle. Just a few months later, she received the news that the cancer had spread and had to go through another surgery to take out another large tumor. Now, Susie and her wonderful sons are in for a long and hard battle with Stage IV colon cancer. Susie loves her family and her work as a school counselor and is trying to stay positive and live her best life while battling cancer. Susie has always taken care of herself, her boys, and all her students, but chemo has made that challenging for her. She has had to learn to accept help and be thankful for her supportive friends and family!!
