Dear Facebook Friends & Family of Susan M Carabajal Johnson,
Too often we hear of someone we know, or even a family member that is diagnosed with some type of cancer. Times like these make one wonder why these life changing events happen to people we care about and love!
It is with both a saddened & hopeful heart that I come to you today to tell you this very thing has hit one of our very own ABC Panama City family member.
On October 17th our Inside Sales Associate, Susan M Carabajal Johnson was diagnosed with breast cancer, a very treatable one I may add. Again, we wonder why? Susan has been known by many here at our branch as very caring and positive person to all who know her. Within a 2-week time frame , Susan went from receiving news she needed to undergo a biopsy procedure to days later having to fly back home to El Paso, TX to say goodbye and bury her daddy. Upon her return she obtained the results of the biopsy.
As our District Manager said to me, “The good Lord does not give us more than what we can handle.”
Yesterday Susan flew to The Cancer Treatment Center of America in Atlanta, GA to begin her journey and treatment with this “thing” called cancer. Gratefully ABC Supply provides medical insurance that will cover most of the traveling and lodging expense while at The Cancer Treatment Center. However, she is still responsible for her share.
In closing, cancer has hit one of our own – Susan’s battle will take a lot of courage and a lot of strength. I please ask you to keep Susan in your thoughts and prayers. The treatment will force her miss days at work, which will also put a strain on her finances. We would like for Susan to concentrate on fighting and beating this “thing” called cancer. So in order for her to concentrate in her fight, we have setup this “gofundme” campaign to alleviate with the mounting expenses that will arise
